Exercise On The Beach
If you enjoy training in a fun, large group environment, and enjoy variety, then 'Exercise on the Beach' is perfect for you. Launched last summer (2016), it offers the community a new and fun alternative to exercise. Classes cater for ALL ages and fitness levels and include resistance exercises, circuit training and cardiovascular conditioning, allowing you to train hard, while having fun in the process.
Starting: July 11th - Aug 3rd 2017 (4 weeks)
Where: Greystones South Beach (2nd Arch)
When: Every Tuesday & Thursday at 6:30 AM
