Protein Banana Pancakes

1 Banana

3 Eggs

20g Chopped Walnuts

30g Blueberries

80g Oats

100g Greek Yoghurt

20g Sesame Seeds

1 Chopped Apple

Method

Serves 2

1 - Whizz up your eggs and banana in a bowl with a hand blender.

2 - Stir in the chopped walnuts, blueberries and oats.

3 - Add a drop of oil/coconut oil/butter to a pan on a medium heat. 

4 - Pour on your pancake mix and cook for 60-90 seconds (or until bubbles start to form).

5 - Flip your pancakes and cook for a further 60 seconds.

5 - Remove for the pan and serve with a dollop of greek yoghurt, chopped apple and a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
